We are committed to helping families farewell their loved ones respectfully. We are doing this within the current Government regulations and welcome the easing of these restrictions.
We are working with families to ensure services celebrate the life of their loved one and comply with the guidelines which require funeral homes to provide a minimum space of 2sqm per person and to ensure 1.5m social distancing practices are adhered to (up to a maximum of 250 people for an undivided space in an indoor premise; and 500 people in an undivided space outdoors).
The health, safety and wellbeing of our team and the families we serve is of the utmost importance to us. We have been providing funeral and memorial services to Australians for many decades and will always put our client families at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to helping families farewell their loved ones respectfully and within the current and relevant Government advice and regulations.
We also encourage families to utilise our live streaming, webcasting and recording audio-visual technology, which is available in many of our funeral homes. To ensure full availability, our teams are working toward securing these services via local providers for funeral homes that do not currently offer them. We will continue to offer these services as families have appreciated the opportunity to connect with their wider community.
Our teams continue to ensure facilities meet the 2sqm social distancing guidelines and that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
